Stayed at Monique’s place for 8 days and it was perfect. One the of the best places we have stayed. Everything is exactly as described, the ocean views are better than the pictures. Layout of the villa is perfect, how I would design my own beach home. The master bedroom looks out over the ocean so every morning you wake up to ocean views. The kitchen also opens up to the patio with ocean views while you make breakfast. Outdoor patio area is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach, good mix of sun and shade. Villa had everything you need . Location is perfect for exploring the best beaches on island. There are 2 really good restaurants within walking distance and a couple more about a 10 minute drive. When we get an opportunity to return to island we will definitely stay here again.

We kijken terug op een heerlijke familie zonvakantie ☀️ het huis was prachtig en de inrichting sfeervol, licht, schoon, ruim en heerlijke keuken met bar en open ramen/luiken. We hebben allemaal heerlijk geslapen op de comfortabele bedden. Er is een grote woonkamer maar we hebben voornamelijk buiten gezeten. Het zwembad is heerlijk en het uitzicht prachtig. We voelden ons snel thuis en veilig, hebben lekker gegeten in de verschillende restaurants op het resort. Voor inspanning en ontspanning is op het eiland genoeg keuze na een activiteit (aanrader is de Christoffelberg) gingen we heerlijk nog op een mooi strandje uitrusten en zwemmen. Playa Lagun vonden wij het mooiste snorkelen, maar ook beneden bij het resort en slechts 1 baaitje verderop Daaiboot ook een mooi en rustig strandje en hier kwamen we een schildpadje tegen tijdens het snorkelen 😍 Kas Lamunchi is een heerlijke en goede uitvalsbasis in Curaçao voor een ontspannen zonvakantie!

Would come again – and so we did! this is our second visit at Kas Lamunchi en the house was as beautiful and spacious as it was last time. We came with 3 people last time and 8 people this time, yet the house felt as spacious as last time! It’s so nice and clean, organised, has everything you need. Location is amazing, pool is lush, deck with BBQ used every single day. Would come again (and again).

Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in Kas Lamunchi! Toen we het huis binnen kwamen dachten we enkel: wauw!! Het huis is groot, en fantastisch ingericht met oog op detail. Heerlijk wakker worden met uitzicht op de zee, de open keuken is geweldig, en een heerlijk zwembad. Ik kan eindeloos doorgaan, maar iedereen zou het toch zelf moeten ervaren 🙂 De host die ons ontving in de woning was ook erg lief en meedenkend, op de dag van de incheck waren wij al op het eiland en mochten we meteen komen inchecken in Kas Lamunchi. En op de dag van de uitcheck mochten we ook langer blijven waardoor we optimaal hebben kunnen genieten van ons verblijf! Kas Lamunchi bevind zich op coral estate, wat wij zelf een super fijne plek vonden. Het was goed beveiligd (en de beveiligers maakte allemaal graag een gezellig praatje en waren super behulpzaam) en het ligt in het westen van Curaçao waar naar onze mening ook de mooiste stranden zijn. Wij zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen in Kas Lamunchi!

Ideale ligging op Curaçao met prachtig uitzicht op zee en heerlijk verkoelend privé zwembad. Het waait er bijna altijd waardoor je geen last hebt van vliegende insecten. De wind verkoelt goed, het is heerlijk op het terras, dag en nacht. De service is perfect, het huis is prachtig, kortom, super!

Wij hebben van 18/12/21 – 2/1/22 genoten van ons verblijf in Kas Lamunchi. Traditioneel de Top2000 op de achtergrond op de TV tussen kerst en Oud & Nieuw? Met haar ruime opzet, zwembad, voldoende keuze voor een plek in de zon of in de schaduw en de voorzieningen voldeed dit huis aan al onze wensen. Het lag verder heerlijk op de wind. Vanwege de ligging op Coral Estate was het er veilig en tevens ontzettend rustig. Om het eiland te verkennen en boodschappen te doen is een huurauto wel een must! Mochten we nog een keer naar Curcacao gaan dan aarzelen we niet om opnieuw Kas Lamunchi te huren. Echt een aanrader.

Loved staying in Kas Lamunchi with our little family of 3. Especially helpful were the crib and highchair that were organised for our little one. Such a beautiful serene place – everything was so well organised and everyone was so friendly – from security to delivery of the nearby restaurant. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Overall, fantastic! It is an excellent villa in a brilliant location. Very fresh, well maintained, well stocked with everything you could want for a stay. It is still very new and finished to a high standard – this is not necessarily the case with some of the other villas we looked at and have experienced. The design of the villa also feels like a proper holiday home – very stylish and luxurious. Important details like plenty of good quality towels were appreciated.
The villa is located in a well-maintained and secure location with access to the best beaches on the island. But it isn’t too far to Willemstad and larger supermarkets, conveniences. Think it is spot on!
We are very fussy with high standards and this villa really met and exceeded our expectations.
The information folder was very much appreciated and we liked the extra details about the history of the island. May need a little update at some point; for example, the new hospital is not in there – but overall this pack was great (we needed pharmacy tip!).
There are some lovely turtles in Daaibooi beach – you don’t have to go to Piskado to have quality time with turtles!
A few hundred metres from the junction of Weg naar Westpunt and Sint Willi is a great container kitchen called VIP Grill. Large queues of locals every night waiting for delicious BBQ meat and Karni Stoba/Moro. You will have to wait but can order via WhatsApp in advance – really nice alternative for a takeaway. WhatsApp number is +59995242082
Bakery in Tera Cora does good bread and some nice treats
Kas Lamunchi was everything we were hoping for from a holiday in Curacao. Wesley and Monique have a great eye for detail and have clearly thought through what guests would need for a successful and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Wij hebben met 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen in totaal 2 weken vakantie gevierd in dit prachtige huis!
Wat een sfeer en luxe!
Het huis ligt op een prachtige locatie, met uitzicht op zee. De dag beginnen met een duik in het mooie zwembad is echt genieten!
De dag afsluiten met een bbq en kijken naar de zonsondergang….?
Een vakantie vieren met kinderen kan hier echt prima!
Het contact met Wesley en Monique verliep heel goed. Evenals het contact met de beheerder.
We kunnen eigenlijk niet anders dan alleen maar 10-en geven! We komen hopelijk heel snel weer een keertje terug.

Na aankomst hebben wij Monique & Wesley meteen gemaild dat we hier blijven wonen! Dat zegt eigenlijk genoeg. Het is een heerlijke woning met de perfecte vibe. Zowel de woning zelf, de inrichting, indeling, licht inval, terras, tuin, zwembad het totaal plaatje is gewoon ontzettend fijn om te verblijven. Zeker wanneer je alles kekker opengooit en de bries door het huis voelt gaan waardoor binnen en buiten perfect in elkaar overloopt. Verder is de woning voorzien van meer dan je nodig hebt wat een heerlijke luxe is. Van koffiezetapparaat tot wasmachine, koelbox, koeltas, koelelementen, staafmixer, wasmachine ga maar door. Het is alsof je thuis bent maar dan met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Coral Estate is erg prettig om te verblijven. Het is een fijn beveiligd park waarbij je niet het gevoel hebt dat je op een park zit. Kas Lamunchi is een feestje om te verblijven!

We had a perfect stay in the House. The check in and check out times were very flexible and the communication worked smoothly. Even though we were only 2 people, the house didn’t seem too big! The house and it’s garden were perfect to relax and enjoy the lovely surrounding. Although we were a little worried at first due to the current Corona situation it was a lovely stay in Curacao. We were all alone at the beaches and most restaurants at the resort…it seemed very safe and Corona felt far away. Definitely want to come back some time!

My friends and I absolutely loved this villa during the week we spent in Curacao. It was clean, tranquil, and truly a haven to return to after a long day of adventuring around the island! Kas Lamunchi allowed us to appreciate the beautiful nature surrounding us, including the openness of the kitchen that let the cool ocean breeze in, as well as just lounging on the deck (or taking a dip in the pool) to watch a sunset and gaze at the stars. The aesthetic of the villa facilitates tranquility and the many plants placed around the home, wicker chandeliers, and natural stone showers were just a few extremely thoughtful touches that I appreciated about it. Monique was really communicative and an excellent host and the manager, Andreas was also very responsive. I highly recommend Kas Lamunchi and would love to return some day.

We hadden vaak, ondanks de prachtige stranden, niet de behoefte het huis uit te gaan. Heerlijk en sfeervol ingericht huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Koken in de uitstekend ingerichte keuken is met aan alle kanten dit uitzicht zeker geen straf. Heerlijke bedden in een koele kamer! Had dit huis graag voor onszelf gehouden!
Allemaal tienen. Kan er ook niet echt minder van maken.

Aanbevolen door de verhuurders! Gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. Zij kunnen een avond, middag voor je koken aan huis! Super!

What an incredible holiday! Our entire family (parents +three teenagers) fell in love Curacao and Kas Lamuchi! The island is a Caribbean oasis. Turquoise waters, basking sun and warm breezes. The villa more than exceeded our expectations. The view of the Caribbean sea is spectacular. The design of the house blends inside with outside with sliding doors and shutters that can all be slid or pushed open . You decide on how much or how little. The attention to detail is incredible. Be it the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, the premium towels and linens, the spacious closet space to the white patio lamp that acts as speaker to crank out the tunes. Enjoy the music as you take a dip in the infinity pool or sunbathe on a lounger , or enjoy a drink at the bar window or read a book or enjoy a meal under the covered porch. Although the resort and villa amenities are luxurious, the space does not feel pretentious but welcoming, cozy and peaceful. It’s obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into the understated decor that creates a serene vibe throughout the entire villa. You can choose to walk down to the resort (hang a right at the end of the driveway on to the main street, walk about 500m around the bend and look for the little path through the trees on your left across from the grey Zilly villa, continue down the road and look for a staircase next to a villa that brings you down to the base of the resort) Great bakery, 2 restaurants and Dive shop. I’d recommend the Green Egg BBQ on Sunday nights. Delicious! Don’t forget to make a reservation. It gets busy. I’d also recommend booking a catamaran cruise with Blue C Watersports. You can book this at the Dive shop. Great value for the money. The crew was incredible and we had an awesome time on our our 8 hour cruise! As beautiful as Coral Estates is, I’d recommend renting a car to explore the island. It’s incredibly easy to navigate. Great beaches within 5 minutes of the resort, great supermarket about 15 minutes away and Willemstad by day and night is a must. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful as we planned our trip. Great suggestions on car rental and pre arrival grocery shop which proved to be very useful. Jenny who was our primary contact once at the villa was a complete jem! A thorough black binder is brimming with useful information on the villa and its contents and the island. It even has appliance manuals in case you need some help! We would highly recommend you choosing Kas Lamuchi for your next Caribbean holiday. I assure you, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay at Kas Lamunchi and would highly recommend this house. The house is filled with small details and design elements that really set this place apart. It was built to European standards, and you can tell. Everything is solid and very well constructed. The open air feeling when you are in the house and all of the windows and doors are open makes every moment there feel relaxed and luxurious, which was exactly what we were hoping for on a Caribbean vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook several meals there. The 2 restaurants on the beach were very nice and convenient, and had very good food, but it was also a bit pricey to be eating there every night. You have to drive a bit to get to other parts of the island to eat elsewhere, but nothing is really that far as the island is not very large. The grocery stores have everything you could want, and the fresh fish and produce for sale at the markets in Willemstad is excellent. One last nice little touch to share, the outdoor bathroom with a view of the ocean is quite the experience! PS-They put together a binder with lots of information about the house and the island, so make sure you read through it when you get there as it will answer a lot of questions you will have. The dive shop at the resort is fine, but we preferred the gear and guide service at B Diving (located at Cas Abao, just up the way). PSS-Another nice touch, there are both 110 and 220 volt plugs throughout the house. You don’t have to worry about different plugs and adapters, it all works!
